have new line detection auto-set to Windows

In PDF to txt mode, new lines should be set to Windows (I had to import to notepad2 then save the document as .txt again).
Also, the settings' 'ok' and 'cancel' buttons are not fitting the window under win8.1.
One last thing: it does a far, far, far better job than a 340 MB beast from a previous giveaway. Have to check it thoroughly, but premature observations tell me it's a perfect conversion for a brazilian portuguese 522 pages .pdf. Superb!
